From the South and Beach Resorts
Follow Coastal Highway North and make a left on Route 36 (Shawnee Road).  Follow Shawnee Road and make a right onto Abbotts Pond Road.  Follow Abbotts Pond Road for approximately 1.5 miles.  Community of Abbotts Pond Acres will be on your left.

From Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Points North
Take Delaware 1 South to Route 113 South in Milford.  Continue south on Route 113.  After passing Milford Plaza and Milford Village shopping centers, turn right at the light onto Route 14.  Make a left onto Williamsville Road.  Follow Williamsville Road to a left onto Abbotts Pond Road.  Follow Abbotts Pond Road for approximately 1/2-mile.  The community of Abbotts Pond Acres will be on your right.

From Washington, Maryland and Points West
Take the Chesapeake Bay Bridge east (Route 50).  Turn left onto Maryland 404 West toward Denton, MD.  Take the first ramp after crossing the Choptank River and turn left onto Maryland 313.  At the blinking light, turn right onto Maryland 317 which becomes Delaware 14 East.  Follow Route 14 to a right onto Blairs Pond Road.  Follow Blairs Pond Road to a right onto Williamsville Road.  Follow Williamsville Road to a left onto Abbotts Pond Road.  Follow Abbotts Pond Road for approximately 1/2-mile.  The community of Abbotts Pond Acres will be on your right.
