Steve Timmons
Steve Timmons was born in Seaford, Delaware and is a lifelong resident of Sussex County. Timmons received his BA from the University of Delaware and began his Real Estate career in 1984 in Bethany Beach. In addition to sales, he has been appraising homes since 1986 and is a Certified Residential Appraiser and a Licensed Broker.
His ability to match sellers and buyers is enhanced by his deep knowledge of the area, experience, local contacts, and technology skills. Timmons is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and Sussex County Association of REALTORS. Additionally, he is a member of the SCAOR Multilist Committee and an associate member of the Appraisal Institute.
He is married to Mary Jo Timmons, and, in his free time, he enjoys golf, fishing, photography, hiking, and biking.
