Cindy Baker
Cindy Baker, well-known in real estate in eastern Sussex County, became a licensed agent in 1986 and a licensed broker in 1996. Her many professional awards include 11 years of top sales awards nationally, top sales associate in the Delmarva region, and top producing agent from her previous firm. She has also received nominations and awards for her outstanding personal service and for Sussex County Salesperson of the Year.
Among her other accomplishments, Baker is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. She is a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS and a member of the REALTOR Community Service (RCS) group, which raises funds for local needy children. She was the chair of RCS for five years and oversaw the annual funds raised increase from $3,500 to $60,000.
