Robin Hearn
Born and raised in Alexandria, VA, Robin Hearn graduated from North Virginia Community College and pursued a career in Dental Hygiene. After moving to Delaware in 1991, Hearn was hired as a secretary with Prudential Gallo, REALTORS® and instantly became hooked! After receiving her real estate license, Hearn began as a licensed assistant with the top-producing agent at Prudential Gallo, REALTORS®. Venturing out on her own in 2004, Hearn partnered with Kathy Ford to create the FORD & HEARN TEAM. In their first year together the FORD & HEARN TEAM earned the Chairman’s Circle Award, which recognizes REALTORS who have closed 70 or more transactions within the year, which placed them in the top 3% of Prudential Agents nationwide. “The most rewarding part of my job is putting people and homes together.
