Chris Holt
Chris Holt is a listing and buyer's agent for the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group. Chris became a full-time resident of Lewes in 2011 after living both here and in Washington, D.C., since 2002. Prior to joining Prudential Gallo, Holt was a founding partner and principal of a consulting firm focusing on corporate and consumer communications and public affairs, with offices in Phoenix, Ariz., and Washington, D.C. Also in those cities, as well as in Kansas City, MO, and Des Moines, IA, he renovated and developed numerous residential and commercial properties with special interest in restoring historically significant or period homes and apartments. In his early professional life, Holt served as field director in presidential and congressional election campaigns.
“Although my career pursuits have been pretty broad, the common theme in my professional life has been to deliver results for the client,” Holt said. “I do that by asking the right questions, listening carefully to the answers, and paying attention to every detail. I want the clients to feel as if they have every possible advantage with me in their corner, looking out for their interests. Matching motivated buyers and sellers is a natural fit for me, and I am especially happy to have the opportunity to do so in a community that appreciates its historical heritage. Holt is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and attended graduate school at the University of Kansas and the Johns Hopkins University.
