David Lurty

A native Delawarean, David Lurty's diverse experience is instrumental in finding buyers the right home, and helping sellers to sell their home at the highest possible price. David grew up in Smyrna, Delaware and got his BS in Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology. Shortly after that he joined IBM and worked in Sales, Management, Services, Marketing Education, Media Industry and Filmed Entertainment Market Development and Market Management for over 21 years with domestic and international responsibilities. Prior to becoming a REALTOR in the Resort area, he lived in Washington D.C., Chicago, Dallas, Santa Barbara, Philadelphia, Madison NJ and Newbury Park California. Although David has lived in numerous places, he chose to make Rehoboth Beach his final home. Having purchased numerous homes and participated in many corporate moves, David brings strong local knowledge with significant business experience to help his clients with their real estate plans and investments. David joined his wife of 30 years in the Real Estate business in 2002. As a team they have been top producing agents, regularly qualifying for Leading Edge and President's Circle recognition awards.
