Pat Price

Pat Price is one of the newest sales agents at the Lewes office. After a 20-year career with the Montgomery County, Md., school system, Price and her husband Norm moved to Rehoboth Beach in 1987. They had vacationed in Delaware since 1960 and had purchased a vacation home in North Shores in the late 1960s. Her love and appreciation of the area over many years add to her ability to match buyers and sellers.

She had earned her real-estate license in Maryland, and when she moved to Rehoboth Beach she began working in both sales and rentals, and she worked as a rental coordinator before she returned to sales full-time. She has received numerous awards during her career recognizing her accomplishments in sales and production, including agent of the month and agent of the year.

She is knowledgeable in resort, second home, and retirement home sales and services the Milford, Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, Millsboro, and Georgetown areas.

Price joins her husband, a 20-year veteran at Prudential Gallo. They are the parents of four sons and grandparents to 10. In addition to spending time with her family, Price is an avid Washington Redskins and Baltimore Orioles fan. She is dedicated to community service, working with her homeowners’ association and the Realtor Community Service Committee of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, among other projects.
