Gen Ritter

Gen Ritter, who has been a licensed REALTOR for many years, is moving to the Lewes area from Dover.

Her husband, Bob Ritter, a native Sussex Countian, is a well-known builder. When they were raising their family, she would sell the houses that he built.

"When my son was little, I was able to work part-time in real estate. Now I am at a point in my life where I am able to concentrate on it. I do love real estate and really enjoy working with the public," she said.

Her son, Justin, graduated from the Pennsylvania State University Law School.

Ritter has wide interests outside of real estate. She owns her own court-reporting business in Kent and Sussex counties and has worked in the field for more than 30 years. She is a qualified flight instructor and is passionate about photography, video editing, and music.
