After spending half of my life visiting the resort area from Northern Delaware, my wife Sandy and I made Rehoboth Beach our home in 1991. If I'm not selling homes, you will frequently find me at Cape Henlopen State Park. I ride the bike paths and volunteer as a docent at Fort Miles. I also support Animal Rescue by donating10% of my commissions to this cause. I was a board member and President, of the National Kidney Foundation, Delaware Chapter.

I am Charter President of the Long Neck Sunrise Rotary Club.

I have completed a year of courses in numerous areas of real estate specialization, and, I have been awarded the nationally recognized, Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) Designation.

The emphasis of the course's was on topics such as contract law, professional standards and ethics, sales and marketing, risk reduction and finance, and, fundamentals of brokerage. I am committed to providing a superior level of service to both buyers and sellers.
