Melinda Ingram
Melinda Ingram, a native Sussex Countian, truly understands why everyone wants to live here! She grew up in the area, working for her family's businesses before and after college. She attended Rutgers University, graduating with a Communications degree in Media Studies. Her time in New Jersey sharpened her appreciation for the peace and quiet of the Sussex beach lifestyle.
Her grandfather has been building custom homes in the beach area for over 50 years. Her mother is retired from Real Estate, and her father was a salesman his whole life. "I was born to do this, " Ingram says. "I am honest, hard-working, and trustworthy, and I have a love for my profession."
"I am a full-time agent and truly care for my clients," she continued. "I have made lasting relationships with all of them. My network of business referrals has expanded immensely in the three years that I have had my Realtors License. I know the market best and keep up with the changes in real estate every day."
Ingram enjoys traveling, shopping, and relaxing on the beach. She cherishes the time she spends with friends.
"A dear friend taught me that 'Everything happens for a reason in life'," she said. "I teach that to all my clients. And to always remember that 'Life at the beach is more fun!'"
