Raised in Washington D.C., and a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of California at Berkely, D.C. Kuhns business career took him to New York City and eventually to San Francisco, where he has been a developer of energy companies and a developer of land for independent electric utility power plants. Kuhn’s family had been vacationing in Rehoboth Beach and the eastern shore for 48 years.
