Jesika Martin
In 1995, Jesika Martin moved from a small town in Kansas to the Delaware seashore. The first time a wave washed up and pulled at my feet, I couldnt wait for the next one. I believe that everyone has a moment when they first realize that they want a place at the beach to call their own, and that moment was mine, she said. Ive been working in real estate here ever since, helping people when they feel that pull to become a part of this area. My experiences with real estate range from investment purchases to helping buyers find the ideal retirement property. I generally have a few unique listings at a time so I can give them individualized attention. Mostly, I enjoy working as a buyers agent, helping buyers find the perfect place to settle in this area. Living in the Bethany Beach area and working in Rehoboth Beach is my trade secret. Knowing both of these areas as I do affords me the ability to show buyers the best of all our uniquely different beach towns, she said. When she is not in the office, she can be found picking up sand toys after her 2-year-old daughter, learning esoteric facts about Delaware history from her 11-year-old son, or waiting at the Bethany Beach Fire Hall for her husband to return from a call. Martin is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Sussex County Association of REALTORS, and the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce.
