Prudential Gallo, REALTORS Honors Top Associates

Bette and Sal Gallo, owners of Prudential Gallo, REALTORS®, along with Vice-President Andrew Ratner, celebrated notable service anniversaries and honored top-producing sales and rental associates at the company's annual meeting January 23 at the Virden Center, University of Delaware, Lewes.

Ratner’s presentation included a summary of 2007 sales accomplishments, as well as strategies the company will be building upon for continued success in 2008. Ratner also conducted a presentation about the company’s upgraded, state-of-the art website, to be unveiled in March, as well as new marketing programs which included a Relocation Guide, a Guest Rewards program and a “Market Watch” program for customers and clients.

Welcomed at the breakfast were several new agents and staff who joined the company in 2007. New agents to Prudential Gallo in 2007 were: Suzette Chambers and Leslie Russo in the Rehoboth Beach Office and Melanie Anderson, Cindy Baker, Jim Barrett, Rachel Cooper, Maureen Kyritsis and Kimberly Terrel in the Lewes Office.

Ratner admired the tenacity and work ethic that new and experienced agents exhibited throughout the past year. “Considering the tough market that we have been faced with, I’m very proud of the achievement of the sales and rental divisions. Our newly formed Commercial Division was also extremely successful in its initial year. All three divisions performed well and are poised to grow in the coming year, commented Ratner”

The top-producing sales agents were led by The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group, named to the prestigious Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Chairman’s Circle Diamond in recognition of sales professionals who closed 150 or more residential units for the year.

Those named to the Leading Edge Society, composed of sales professionals who sold 35 or more residential units for the year were Matt Brittingham, The Ford/Hearn Team of Kathy Ford and Robin Hearn, The Nancy Lurty Team, Peter Walling and Lana Warfield.

Inducted into the Honor Society, composed of sales professionals who sold 30 or more residential units for the year were JJ Catts, Joe Choma, Peter Faber, Ted Kepreos and Melinda Ingram.

These agents will be recognized at the annual Prudential Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana, on March 16-18.

Noting that the rental departments in both locations were growing at a steady rate, Bette Gallo congratulated the top-producing rental agents. Recognized were: Stacy Lariscy from the Rehoboth Beach Office and Melanie Anderson from the Lewes Office.

Long term Service Awards were presented by Bette Gallo. Michael Makowski was presented with an award, which recognized him for 20 years of service with Prudential Gallo, REALTORS®. Mary Jane Martin was honored for 10 years of service to the company. Agents recognized for five years of service were Matt Brittingham, Joe Choma, Ted Kepreos, David Lurty, Jesika Martin and Lana Warfield.

“We are extremely proud of our long-term relationships with our staff and agents,” Ratner said. “They provide stability and rapport for our clients and have established themselves as part of the local community.”
