Prudential Gallo, REALTORS® Offers New State-of-the-Art Visual Tour System

Prudential Gallo, REALTORS® is pleased to offer their customers and clients a great new way to view properties on their website and the Internet.  The web-based viewer allows the tours to be viewed (and heard!) without downloading any plug-ins. The firm will be now start using a new, state-of-the art Visual Tour Marketing System whose quality surpasses the virtual tours that are popular on the Internet currently. 

The new system virtually eliminates distortion, which is commonly found when viewing virtual tours online.  It also allows the listing agent to tailor the presentation of the property by using a combination of still photos and seamless panoramic tours, depending on the nature of the individual rooms or landscapes.  Up to 50 still photos or scenes can be available for each property, as well as a choice of 25 different music selections for the background accompaniment.  Although each photo or panoramic scene offers ample room for written descriptions, the agent may also choose to create a unique voiceover for the entire Visual Tour.   Sales agents may also customize background colors and styles to enhance the individual qualities of the property.

Other great features of the new system include: 1) the ease and ability of the viewer to instantly create and print a flyer which includes photos and descriptions, as well as contact information for the listing agent; 2) the ability of the viewer to email the Visual Tour to friends, spouses, etc, at the click of a button; and 3) a mortgage calculator which instantly calculates the monthly payment for the property.  

Property owners will find that one of the best features of the system provides maximum exposure for the property by automatically linking the tour to Yahoo! Real Estate, Google, Realtor.com*, Home Seekers, HomePages.com, Trulia and Zillow.com.

Sales agents find the system extremely user friendly and cost efficient, allowing them to create marketing pieces and stunning multimedia virtual tours that you can place on writeable CD for free and at very reasonable costs.  Uses for these CDs aren't limited to showcasing a particular listing. Agents can also use them to show entire neighborhoods, a number of different listings in a single presentation, or even a presentation on the agent.
