Two comfortable living spaces with large couch and oversized chair allows children and adults or two families to comfortably separate and have private time. Children's room on third floor has two twin beds and TV with DVD and video game plus ample room to play games and hang out. Owners enjoy cooking and have provided many cooking gadgets, utensils and equipment. Easy two block walk to beach and walking distance to many Dewey restaurants and children's park. Wireless Internet and 2 parking spaces provided. PLEASE NOTE THAT GROUP RENTALS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THIS COMPLEX.
