This 3,500 square foot home is a classic southern-style beach house with the main living space on the second floor. It has a huge porch situated to take advantage of the golf course and pond views. The gourment style kitchen, complete with butler's pantry, is made for entertaining with bar stools at the island and seating for 6 around the table. This fully equipped kitchen provides service for 12. The adjacent great room has beautiful leather sofas, a gas fireplace and a large, flat screen HDTV. The formal dining room seats 6 and is directly across from the cozy living room with plush, oversize furniture. The second floor also has a powder room, and a denbedroom with a queen-size sleeper sofa. The first floor of this home has an oversize garage, work room with plenty of storage space and two bedrooms - each with twin beds, sharing a full "Jack and Jill" bathroom, with a private showertub area. These two bedrooms have access to a beautiful patio. The magnificent master bedroom is located on the third floor and is decorated in dramatic blackwhite decor with a queen size sleigh bed. This bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the golf course. It also has a 22" flat screen TV. The private master bath has an oversized soaking tub, oversized tile shower with bench, a separate make-up area, and double sinks. The second bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed with a private bath and tubshower. The owners have even provided a crib for your use. This is a truly lovely home with every amenit, including a charcoal grill, and is just made for entertaining. The Veranda neighborhood is close to the Lakeside Village - the centerpiece of the community - where the indooroutdoor pools, wave lagoon, spa, fitness center, restaurant, tennis and golf facilities are located.
