Unit 2 Washington Place is a nicely furnished, two level townhome with spacious living areas, nice screened porch and about a mile to the beach and boardwalk, but less to the downtown area of Rehoboth. Hop on your bike, the nearby public bus or take a nice walk to the beach and boardwalk. This unit is very affordably priced and the location is perfect for the vacationer not wanting to pay downtown prices but wants a nicely decorated and well maintained unit. 2 parking spaces provided and Wi-Fi Internet access too!
