Applying for a Year-Round Rental
After meeting or speaking with a rental agent to determine which properties might be right for you, you must fill out a Pre-Showing Questionnaire prior to viewing property. Along with the pre-showing questionnaire, you must provide a valid driver’s license and social security card, in addition to completing a Consumer Information Statement. If you are not a U.S. citizen, documentation such as a visa with valid dates must be provided
After viewing properties, a full Rental Application must be filled out and accompanied by a $35.00 fee for your credit check through American Tenant Screen. In order to rent a property through Prudential Gallo, REALTORS®, your references, employment and income verification and credit check will have to be satisfactory
