All property showings attended by a licensed rental agent
Constant communication with the owner, keeping them abreast of all situations
We coordinate the cleaning schedules and maintenance upon request
Assistance in determining rental rates
Optional Travel Insurance available to Guests
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted for Guest convenience

We collect 50% of the rental with the License Agreement. Money is promptly disbursed to Owners, less our fee.
Balances on License Agreements due 30 days prior to check-in. Money is disbursed to Owners after check-in.
Collect a minimum $250 Security Deposit
ACH Direct Deposits available
Our accounting system can handle multiple owners and partnerships
Monthly statements mailed to Owners and available On-Line.
1099 distributed after the end of the year
Maintenance expenses paid through the Owners account.

On-Line Booking, available 24 hours per day/7 days per week, which captures reservations even when our office is closed

Owner Link Property owners have 24-hour access to view their reservations, calendars, statements and can block out owner weeks.
