Vacation Rental Checklist

Are you ready for a great vacation at the beach? Prudential Gallo, REALTORS® vacation homes are equipped for normal housekeeping. You will need to bring all your linens (except for mattress pads, bedspreads and pillows), as well as paper products and staple cooking or cleaning items. The following checklist will assist you in simplifying your packing and shopping.

For your vacation home:

  • Sheets, pillowcases
  • Towels, washcloths
  • Bath mats
  • Dish towels, cloths or sponges
  • Dish and laundry detergent
  • All-purpose cleaner and disinfectant
  • Foil, plastic wrap, bags
  • Garbage bags
  • Paper towels
  • Napkins
  • Toilet paper
  • Groceries, condiments
  • Staple items, i.e. salt, pepper,
  • Baby equipment if needed
  • Books/toys and games for kids
  • Any specialty kitchen item (i.e. espresso maker, crepe maker, ice cream maker)

Personal items:

  • Bath and hand soap
  • Shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer
  • Toothbrush, tooth paste, floss
  • Clothing and outerwear
  • Prescription medications

For the Beach:

  • Beach umbrella
  • Beach chairs
  • Beach cart
  • Bicycles
  • Boogie boards or rafts
  • Surfboards or skim boards
  • Beach towels
  • Fishing rods/tackle box
  • Camera/film
  • Sun block and lip balm

Just in Case:

  • Photo Identification information for minors
  • Radio with new batteries
  • Flashlights with new batteries
